Online Beginners Meditation Classes
Now that our classes and meetings are all online, we are no longer constrained by location. We are therefore delighted to offer a Saturday afternoon online meditation class led by our colleague, Shuddhadhara who is based in Hastings.
The class is suitable for complete beginners and for those who would like a reminder of the three meditations we practise, the Mindfulness of Breathing, the Metta Bhavana and Just Sitting.
The class will be held online via Zoom. If you ae unfamiliar with Zoom have a look at the short video on our Sangha Night page
The monthly class is held on a Saturday - 2.00pm to 5.00pm
Class fee £5.00

Even if you are new to meditation or are unfamiliar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditations as taught and practiced in Triratna you are very welcome join us at one of our regular Wednesday evening Online Sangha nights.
