Introduction to Buddhist Meditation classes

We will be teaching both of our main practices, - The Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (cultivation of loving kindness). These classes will be open to anyone over the age 18.
If you are new to meditation or would like a refresher this is a great opportunity to learn under the guidance of an experienced teacher with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.
If you want to try sitting on cushions we recommend wearing something stretchy track suite bottoms are ideal.
After attending one of these classes you may wish to deepen your practice and also learn about Buddhism by joining our regular Wednesday evening group.
