Saturday Morning Meditation for Regulars
Starting on 14 April we will be running a monthly Saturday morning group meditation led by one of our order members for anyone with an established meditation practice who would like to meditate with others. You will need to be familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana as practised and taught in Triratna.
There will be two sessions of meditation starting at 10.30 am and 11.30 am with a tea break in between. You are welcome to attend one or both sessions please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.
These are drop in sessions so there is no need to book.
Cost: there is no formal charge for these sessions but there will be the opportunity to make a donation.
